Tokyo stocks ended the morning session higher Wednesday on a weaker yen, while investors are still expecting the upcoming results of the U.S. Federal Reserve' s policy meeting later in the day. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average jumped 235.96 points, or 1. 54 percent, higher from Tuesday to 15,514.59. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was up 12.27 points, or 1.00 percent, to 1, 244.58.
