Tokyo shares ended the morning session Thursday slightly lower amid a sentiment of gains lock-in. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average inched down 9.04 points, or 0.06 percent, from Wednesday to 14,961.93. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 3.00 points, or 0.24 percent, to 1, 222.35. Decliners were led by real estate, insurance and mining shares, while gainers included electric machinery, precision machinery and rubber issues.
