Tokyo shares end higher

Tokyo shares ended the morning session slightly higher on Monday as sentiment here was boosted by the yen's further depreciation.
The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average edged 30.38 points, or 0.20 percent, higher from Friday to close the morning session at 15,569. 57.
The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was up 2.31 points, or 0.18 percent, at 1,288. 38.
Gainers included mining, precision machinery and construction sections.
