South Korean stocks started lower on Monday as foreign and private investors offloaded their holdings.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) that got off to a weak start stood at 1,945.82 in the first 15 minutes of trading, down a marginal 0.68 points or 0.03 percent from Friday's close.
