Singapore stocks finished lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 23.31 points, or 0.75 percent, to close at 3,087.47. A total of 2.32 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 20 billion Singapore dollars (944.8 million U.S. dollars). Losers led gainers 394 to 114, while 445 others finished unchanged. The STI index gained 14.04 points, or 0.45 percent, to close at 3,110.78 on Friday.
