Singapore stocks finished lower on Friday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 7.67 points, or 0.25 percent, to close at 3,073.72. A total of 2 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1.21 billion Singapore dollars (960 million U.S. dollars). Losers led gainers 251 to 183, while 514 others finished unchanged. The STI index went down 16.04 points, or 0.52 percent, to close at 3,081.39 on Thursday.
