A total of 1.82 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 38 billion Singapore dollars (1.1 billion U.S. dollars). Losers outnumbered gainers 255 to 139, while 558 others finished unchanged. The STI index lost 0.53 points, or 0.02 percent, to close at 3, 113.64 on Monday.
