Singapore stocks finished lower on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 18. 96 points, or 0.57 percent, to close at 3,315.60.
A total of 1.17 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 04 billion Singapore dollars (832 million U.S. dollars).
Decliners led gainers 263 to 147, while 530 others finished unchanged.
The STI index up 20.83 points, or 0.63 percent, to close at 3, 334.56 on Wednesday.
