Singapore stocks finished higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 14.17 points, or 0.43 percent, to close at 3,328.30.
A total of 1.62 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 892.1 million Singapore dollars (713.7 million U.S. dollars).
Gainers led losers 222 to 220, while 500 others finished unchanged.
The STI index lost 12.96 points, or 0.39 percent, to close at 3, 314.13 on Monday.
