Singapore stocks finished lower on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 13. 95 points, or 0.43 percent, to close at 3,222.55.
A total of 1.18 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 892 million Singapore dollars (702 million U.S. dollars).
Gainers outnumbered decliners 208 to 202, while 529 others finished unchanged.
The STI index gained 33.76 points, or 1.05 percent, to close at 3,236.50 on Thursday.
