Singapore stocks finished higher on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 13.32 points, or 0.42 percent, to close at 3,181.05.
A total of 1.07 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 04 billion Singapore dollars (787 million U.S. dollars).
Gainers led decliners 243 to 173, while 522 others finished unchanged.
The STI index gained 13.52 points, or 0.43 percent, to close at 3,167.73 on Friday.
