Singapore stocks finished lower on Wednesday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 12. 65 points, or 0.39 percent, to close at 3,264.09.
A total of 1.04 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 726.5 million Singapore dollars (581.2 million U.S. dollars).
Losers led gainers 211 to 196, while 527 others finished unchanged.
The STI index lost 12.98 points, or 0.39 percent, to close at 3, 276.74 on Tuesday.
