Singapore stocks finished lower on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) shedding 10.57 points, or 0.32 percent, to close at 3,290.47. A total of 10.58 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1.77 billion Singapore dollars (1.43 billion U.S. dollars). Gainers outnumbered losers 267 to 237, while 453 others finished unchanged.
