Singapore stocks finished slightly lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index ( STI) down 1.4 points, or 0.04 percent, to close at 3,257.40.
A total of 1.85 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 804.7 million Singapore dollars (643.76 million U.S. dollars).
Gainers led decliners 187 to 254, while 501 others finished unchanged.
The STI index lost 10.22 points, or 0.31 percent, to close at 3, 258.80 last Friday.
