South Korean stocks opened slightly higher Tuesday led by gains in blue-chip auto- and steelmakers, analysts said. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) rose 1.67 points, or 0.08 percent, to 2,026.84 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
