South Korean stocks opened lower Monday following losses in technology firms and mobile carriers, analysts said.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) lost 11.52 points, or 0.56 percent, to 2,042.30 in the first 22 minutes of trading.
