South Korean stocks opened higher Tuesday, led by gains in tech firms and automakers, analysts said. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) edged up 3.58 points, or 0.18 percent, to 1.958.00 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
