The Qatar Exchange down on Tuesday 100.39 points or 1.02% to 9,697.49 points from the previous closing of 9,797.88 points. The volume of the shares up to 6,565,341 from 4,972,177 on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR325,525,955.37 from QR301,372,145.53 Monday. Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share dropped 0.99% to QR150.50, Qatar Insurance lost 1.81% to QR59.80, International Islamic Bank fell 1.75% to QR56.30 and Ooredoo down by 1.68% to QR140.10. The Banking and Financial sector index was dropped 0.04 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index lost 0.29 points. The industrial sector was down 0.62 points while insurance sector fell 1.18 points.
