The Qatar Exchange ended in the red area when trading closed Thursday at 10,391.17 points (0.68%) down 71.37 points from the previous closing of 10,462.54 points on Wednesday. The volume of shares was fell to 11,016,813 from Wednesday 12,240,100 and the value of shares decreased to QR337,670,116.15 from QR386,636,142.72 on Wednesday. Among the top losers were Vodafone Qatar whose share down 0.81% to QR11.08 , Islamic Insurance lost 1.38% to QR57.00, Gulf International fell 1.16% to QR59.90 and Mazaya Qatar decreased by 1.04% to QR11.42. The Banking and Financial sector index was lost 0.39% points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index down 0.20 points. The industrial sector was dropped 0.90 points while insurance sector up 0.20% points.
