The Qatar Exchange down on Wednesday 14.15 points or 0.15% to 9,743.68 points from the previous closing of 9,757.83 points. The volume of the shares up to 4,365,148 from 3,701,596 on Tuesday and the value of shares increased to QR202,631,164.34 from QR167,741,107.12 Tuesday. Among the top losers were Qatar Islamic Bank whose share dropped 0.73% to QR67.70, Qatar Insurance lost 0.98% to QR60.50, Electricity and Water fell 1.00% to QR158.20 and Doha Insurance down by 0.95% to QR26.00. The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.8 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index gained 0.21 points. The industrial sector was down 0.49 points while insurance sector lost 0.66 points.
