Egypt\'s main index ended Monday\'s session up 0.37 percent, closing at 5,319 points, while the EGX70 index fell 0.57 percent. The EGX30 index was buoyed by key stocks rising, such as Commercial International Bank, which gained 1.38 percent and Orascom Telecom Holding, which rose 1.33 percent. Modest gains were also made by Orascom Construction Industries, which rose 0.07 percent, and Egyptian Financial Group-Hermes Holding Company, which inched upwards by 0.11 percent. In the real estate sector, Six of October Development & Investment (SODIC) was the only gainer, by 0.55 percent, while Palms Hills Development Company and TMG Holding fell by 0.45 percent and 0.73 percent, respectively. The value of listed stocks traded on Monday totalled a modest LE195 million, while total daily turnover reached LE267 million.
