The bourse\'s recent movement is considered normal for a market that has been on the rise in the past few months. In addition, this movement is also seen a acceptable since there are no incentives for investors to pump fluidity on the financial markets. The report also noted that the existence of 12 companies that have not yet determined its financial status drove investors to choose safer paths for their businesses. In general, a sense of positivity has prevailed the bourse especially after increasing demands, from the parliament and the government, to support the development process in the country. Local banks have also seen improvement in half year profits that amounted to 281 million Kuwaiti Dinars, a growth of eight percent, according to the report. Kuwait Stock Exchange has passed the psychological barrier of 8,000 points despite slow trading during the month of Ramadan.
