The South Korean won

The South Korean won sank to a two-week low against the U.S. dollar Friday, falling for the second consecutive day as sound growth data from the U.S. raised the possibility that the Federal Reserve may advance its time table for a much-awaited rate hike.
The Korean won was trading at 1,066.70 to the greenback as of 2:16 p.m., down 9.40 won from the previous session's close, the lowest since Oct.13 when the comparable figure was 1,067.90 won.
