The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes went up at the end of Tuesday's trading on the back of purchases by Arab and foreign individuals.
The EGX 30 benchmark index leapfrogged by 1.26 percent to close at 9,954.34 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased by 1.95 percent to close at 589.67 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index upped 1.54 percent to reach 1,162.96 points.
