Strong performances of aircraft and ship builders have led to a rally on the Chinese stock market in the morning session on Monday. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gained 2.06 percent to end the morning session at 2,289.23. The Shenzhen Component Index went up 2.24 percent to close at 9,220.05. Sub-indices for aircraft and ship manufacturing shares increased the most, up 5.82 percent and 4.68 percent, followed by the 4.35-percent growth of financial shares. China AVIC Avionics Equipment Co. jumped 8.45 percent to end at 18.35 yuan per share, while China CSSC Holding Ltd., the listed arm of China\'s largest shipbuilder, rose 2.79 percent to 23.97 yuan.
