Benchmark of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) remained largely stable in the past week trading at 2,143.5 points compared to 2,143 the week before. According to the ASE weekly report, issued on Friday, main index of finance sector rose 0.18 percent, industries dropped 0.28 percent and likewise services, 0.12 percent. Daily turnover amounted to approximately USD 16.8 million, in contrast to USD 20.4 million the week before, falling 17.9 percent. Total trade reached USD 67.2 million in contrast to USD 102.2 million the previous week. Number of shares amounted to 57 million.
