Ssangyong Motor Co., the local unit of Indian sport utility vehicle maker Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said Monday its August sales fell 15.9 percent on-year due to unfavorable overseas market conditions.
Ssangyong Motor sold 9,767 units in August, down from 11,610 units a year earlier, the company said in a statement.
