Scandal-hit Olympus on Thursday said it will be unable to release its earnings results by November 14, the deadline imposed on listed companies for the quarter ended September. It added that it believes its stock will be placed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's watch list as a precaution for investors. Olympus shares closed down 17.12 percent at their daily limit-down level Thursday amid concerns the stock could be delisted by the Tokyo Stock Exchange if the company fails to release its delayed quarterly earnings report by Monday.
