South Korea's two largest carmakers opened a job fair on Tuesday as part of their ongoing shared growth program to help partner companies hire 17,000 new workers this year. Hyundai Motor Co. and Kia Motors Corp., flagships of Hyundai Motor Group, the world's fifth largest conglomerate, said this year's fair is significant because it has expanded the companies they are helping to include those that provide parts and raw materials to larger suppliers that have direct dealings with the two carmakers.
