Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Sherif Ismail received Monday a delegation from Strategic Oil & Gas (SOG) company, which is China's partners in the International Drilling Material Manufacturing Co. (IDM).
During the meeting, the Chinese investors presented a study to establish a new factory to produce a steel rolling mill and pips with total investments of about 250 million dollars.
