Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., (Daewoo E&C), South Korea's fifth-largest builder, said Thursday that it has secured a US$162 million order to build a bridge in Botswana.
The company said in an official regulatory filing that it will build the 923-meter-long Kazungula Bridge that crosses over the Zambezi River. The bridge with a width of 19 meters will be able to handle trains, vehicles and pedestrian traffic once completed.
