U.S. relief efforts targeting North Korea jumped by 500 percent 2011, export figures from the Commerce Department show. South Korea\'s Yonhap News Agency said the United States shipped $9.4 million worth of goods to North Korea in 2011 with 95 percent of that some form of aid for North Koreans, such food or basic household items, sent by private organizations. That was a jump from about $2 million in shipments to North Korea from the United States in 20
