Matrouh Governor Alaa Abu Zeid initially signed deals worth 12 billion dollars during his four-day tour in the UAE.

The deals included establishing 10 investment projects, the governor said, adding among the projects are four industrial projects worth 5 billion dollars.

The agreements also includes establishing tourist projects worth 7 billion dollars for luring more tourists to Matrouh, the governor said.

The deal will be officially signed during a one-day economic conference in Matrouh to be held on October 24.
