Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe

Japan announced on Friday a financial assistance worth of / 22.7 / million to help the displaced people in Iraq and Lebanon.
The Japanese news agency / Kyodo / quoted Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Keshida as saying today, "that his country will provide 22.7 million dollars in financial emergency aid to Iraq and Lebanon in order to help refugees and displaced people fleeing war, waged by the ISIS militants in the region.
Keshida added that the ISIS does not represent a threat to the Middle East, but also threatens the stability of the entire international community.
It is noteworthy that Japan ruled out earlier this week, providing military support within the international coalition to fight the ISIS.
