The General Authority For Supply Commodities (GASC) have signed contracts to import 300,000 tons of wheat at an average price of 185 dollars per ton.

In statements on Thursday, GASC deputy head Mamdouh Abdel Fattah said that 60,000 tons of wheat from France, 120,000 from Romania, 60,000 from Argentina and 60,000 from Ukraine have been purchased.
