Sisi, King Hamad witness signing of mutual cooperation agreements

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and visiting Bahraini King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa on Tuesday witnessed the signing of a number of mutual cooperation agreements. 
Egypt's Youth and Sports Khalid Abdel Aziz and Chairman of the Bahraini Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa signed two memorandums of understanding for cooperation in the youth and sports fields.
Egypt's Armed Forces Chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazi and Bahraini Defense Forces Chief of Staff Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi signed another MoU between the Egyptian Ministry of Defense and the General Command of the Bahrain Defense Forces.

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and his Bahraini counterpart Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa also signed the minutes of the Egyptian-Bahraini joint committee meeting.

Two MoUs were also signed on political consultations and cooperation in the diplomatic fields and a second executive program was inked in the environment field.   
An agreement was signed on avoidance of double taxation between the two governments.

Egyptian Finance Minister Omar Abdel Aziz Garhi and Bahraini Foreign Minister Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa inked the agreement.

Al Khalifa also singed an agreement on commercial maritime and a memorandum of understanding on the mutual recognition of mariners' certificates of competency with Egypt's Transport Minister Galal Saeed.

Another memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Civil Service Bureau in Bahrain and the Ministry of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform was signed by the Egyptian Minister of Planning Ashraf al Araby and the Bahraini Foreign Minister.

Minister of Social Solidarity Ghada Wali and Al Khalifa signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the social affairs field.

Two executive programs for the exchange of experiences in the fields of agriculture, cultural cooperation and the health sector were also inked.
