President of the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) Mohab Mamish and Transport Minister Hany Dahy probed the ministry's plan to develop Egyptian ports and the New Suez Canal project, which is expected to open in August.
The two officials discussed projects carried out by the ministry and the authority, including the establishment of a new Ismailia city in the east of the Suez Canal and road development projects.
The meeting took place at SCA’s Maritime Training and Simulation Center on Saturday.
