His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah chaired Sunday a meeting of the supreme committee of structural planning and mega projects, held at Sief Palace.
They discussed studies presented by a team affiliated to the population committee of the Supreme Planning Council, which showed a "clear variation" between the structural planning and the state development plan.
They also discussed the fourth structural planning.
Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Sabah, in a statement after the meeting meeting, said the committee has been reformed in line with a recommendation by the Supreme Planning Council in order to create harmony between the development plan and the structural planning.
