At the conclusion of the grilling filed against the Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdulmohsen Al-Madaj, the National Assembly has approved a series of recommendations.
These recommendations entail reforming performance at the State Audit Bureau, the Public Authority for Industry and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in accordance to relevant laws and regulations.
Administrative laws should be applied to all the Ministry's staff away from any favoritism, the parliament said. It added that criminal and sexual misconduct should be seriously addressed.
Violations at the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) should be corrected with regards to the constitution and the law, in addition, the parliament requested that the bourse should submit a record of its budget for the past and future four years.
