The total amount of exported Egyptian cotton to various countries since the beginning of the marketing season has reached 3,289 tons, Head of Egypt's Alexandria Cotton Exporters' Association (Alcotexa) Mefreh El-Beltagy said on Sunday.
India, UAE, Qatar, Malaysia and China are leading the top countries that imported Egyptian cotton this year.
Egypt's cotton exports this week reached 531 tons, Beltagy added.
