In our quest, we are committed to continue development through enhancement of regulatory services and strategic planning." The GCAA strongly believes that its success depends on its commitment to meet stakeholders’ expectations, as well as to cope with future aspirations and plans for civil aviation. The findings of the survey, conducted by the Sheikh Mohammed Government Excellence Programme (SMGEP) Audit, demonstrated a high level of satisfaction from both users and stakeholders. The GCAA will continue to put effort into providing services with highest standards and assume a positive role while placing great emphasis on the provision of regulatory services that are valued by our stakeholders.
