Efforts are underway to establish a new factory for garbage recycling in Behira governorate at a total cost of about 39 million pounds, said Behira Governor Mostafa Hadhoud.
In statements Saturday, Hadhoud said that factory is expected to raise the efficiency of garbage collection and recycling.
