Egyptian exports

The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) said Monday that the value of Egyptian exports increased in 2013 by 7 percent, reaching 199.88 billion pounds compared to 186.77 billion the year before.
CAPMAS added in its statement that Non-petroleum exports increased 10.1 percent to 146.42 billion pounds in 2013 compared to 133.04 billion in 2012.
Petroleum exports decreased 0.5 percent to 53.46 billion in 2013 compared to 53.73 billion in 2012.
On the other hand, Egyptian imports in 2013 increased 3.2 percent to 456 billion pounds compared to 441.94 billion in 2012.
Non-petroleum imports increased 8.1 percent to 393.30 billion pounds in 2013 compared to 363.74 billion in 2012.
Petroleum imports decreased by 19.8 percent to 62.70 billion pounds in 2013 compared to 78.19 billion the year before
