Alexandria Prosecution ordered seven workers and a driver of Alexandria company to be jailed for four days over their involvement in stealing 100 tons of maize.
Dekheila Harbor investigators arrested a truck laden with 100 tons of maize before leaving the harbor without customs documents.
Investigations unveiled that the workers planned to steal the commodities owned by their company to sell them as part of their robbery gang operations.
They will stand trial.
