Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and his US counterpart John Kerry held a meeting on the sidelines of the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in Sharm El Sheikh on Sunday.
The meeting will be taking up means of boosting Egyptian-US relations and addressing regional and international issues of mutual concern.
