Damietta Port received Sunday six container ships and three vessels loaded with general goods, said Spokesperson for Damietta Port Authority Mamdouh el Sheity.

Five container ships and two cargo vessels left the port, he noted.

There are 18 vessels outside the port waiting to finalize their entry documents, the spokesman said.
