Ukraine's parliament on Tuesday again put off a debate on bills that if agreed would free jailed former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko for treatment abroad, speaker Volodymr Rybak said. The Verkhovna Rada will on Thursday debate four different bills put forward by parliamentary factions on allowing the treatment of convicts abroad, he told reporters. The release of Tymoshenko would remove a key obstacle to Ukraine signing an EU Association Agreement at the end of the month.
