A Pakistani official on Thursday overturned the 33-year jail term handed down to a doctor who helped the CIA track Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden and ordered a retrial, a lawyer and an official said. \"The Commissioner of Peshawar has set aside the decision of the Political Agent of Khyber agency and ordered the retrial,\" lawyer for doctor Shakeel Afridi told AFP. \"The case has been resent to the Political Agent of Khyber agency who earlier awarded 33 years imprisonment to Shakeel Afridi,\" he added.
