German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Sunday said Russian President Vladimir Putin and OSCE head Didier Burkhalter are expected to discuss establishing a 'national dialogue' in Ukraine ahead of elections when they meet in Moscow on May 7. They will discuss "establishing round tables under OSCE auspices which would facilitate a national dialogue before the presidential election" in Ukraine set for May 25, Merkel's spokeswoman Christiane Witz said in a statement following the chancellor's phone call with Putin.
