Head of Tiba (Thebes) Short Film Festival actor Abdel Aziz Makhyoun discussed on Saturday the preparations for holding the festival at the Damnhour library.This came during his meeting with the director of Misr public library in Damnhour.The festival will be held under the auspices of the Culture Ministry on April 26-29.
